What is the Helpline?

Our Helpline is here to help and the team are happy to answer your questions. We have information and guidance on lots of different topics related to deafness.

We can support you with things like:

  • becoming independent
  • making big decisions about your future
  • understanding your rights in areas like education, employment and benefits.

How do I contact the Helpline?

If you want advice or support about going back to school, you can contact our free Helpline. It is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The Helpline is closed on bank holidays. There are lots of ways to get in touch:
