Young People's Complaints Policy

Making a complaint

If you’ve got a problem, or you’re unhappy about something involving the National Deaf Children’s Society, usually it can be sorted out by speaking to us. But if we can’t put things right, then you can complain.

You can download our Young People's Complaints Policy to find out more and how to make a complaint here.

You can also read our Buzz Ground Rules and find out how you can use the Buzz safely.

For advice and answers to your questions, email us at youngmember@ndcs.org.uk (monitored 9–5pm weekdays). If you need support outside of these hours please contact Childline, who run a 24 hour service.
